About the Founder

Mr. Muhammad Naeem Awan is a qualified Electrical Engineer, Trainer, and Online Consultant with over two decades of experience in industrial electrical systems, automation, and power projects.

His vast experience spans across textile mills, sugarfactories, power plants, and automation systems, where he has successfullycompleted numerous electrical construction, installation, and maintenanceprojects.

As a dedicated technical mentor and consultant, Mr. Naeem also provides online training and professional guidance to engineers and technicians around the world, helping them strengthen their technical expertise and career growth.

Currently, he is leading an Engineering Finance Security Project under ABA, in collaboration with the State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, offering financial protection and support for engineers and technical professionals. This unique initiative combines engineering expertise with financial empowerment, ensuring engineers have both technical confidence and economic stability.
